Kailua is located on the windward side of the island of Oahu. It is characterized by two world famous beaches, Kailua beach, and Lanikai beach. Both beaches are consistently ranked as two of the best beaches in the world! Kailua is easily accessed via the Pali Highway from downtown Honolulu, Kaka’ako, and Waikiki. It is a panoramic drive through the Ko’olau mountain range, and the arrival time is usually around 30 minutes. Although a beach town, Kailua has virtually everything you may need, from a Whole Foods Market, many other shopping, dining, and entertainment options, and easy beach access. Mostly single family homes in the Kailua area, with the exception of a few Condo buildings. Gorgeous beachfront estates dot Kailua and Lanikai beach. Prices for Beachfront range from about $6 million – $25 million. Moving inland, a single family home may be priced from $1 million-$5 million. Condo prices typically range from $500k-$1.2 million.
